Dr.Tophoff is the director of Personal Resource Consultants. In Europe and in Asia he conducts management-training seminars on Sensory Awareness and Person-centered Human Resource Management. He teaches at the Business School of the University of Amsterdam. He practices various Chinese martial arts.
